Hazlehurst Airport Awarded Funding for Runway Pavement Rehabilitation

ATLANTA (November 19, 2019) | Sen. The contract award is worth over $94,000 and is being funded with state and federal funds through the Federal Aviation Administration’s grant to the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).

“I am happy to see another airport rehabilitation project coming to our district,” said Sen. I’m grateful to Gov. Kemp, Reps. Greg Morris, Jimmy Pruett and Dominic LaRiccia, and our colleagues in the legislature who helped us secure this funding to improve our aviation infrastructure.”
