ATLANTA- Senator Blake Tillery (R-Vidalia) will be in Appling County Monday morning to discuss the effects of recent weather with local farmers.  “Though we’re still in session, I want to take the brief break to spend with those so greatly affected by our recent weather.  It’s no secret I have much to learn about farming and I’m grateful to those willing to help me learn what we can do, if anything, to ease their burden during this time.”

Tillery will be at B&F Restaurant at 8:00 am. The public is invited to attend.  After the meeting, Tillery will tour recent damage before returning to the State Capitol for the last two days of the 2017 legislative session.
